This service is operated by the operator, a company registered in Croatia. Full company details available on request.

• We rent gear in working order. You return it in working order.
• Delivery is to the address you give us. If access changes (gate codes, marina berth), it’s on you to tell us.
• Gear is rented for the date range you book. Keep it dry, supervised, and out of the pool.
• Cancellations, date changes and damage are handled with you directly — contact us and we’ll sort it out. Any deposit listed on an item’s page is confirmed in your quote before you pay anything.
• We’re not responsible for conditions at your venue (weather, neighbours, noise complaints, power cuts). We are responsible for the gear working as expected.
