The S1 Pro+ is the speaker in our two easiest setups, and the one to pick when the karaoke night is a terrace, a saloon or a living room rather than a hall. It runs eleven hours on battery, weighs 7.2kg, and has two combo XLR/TRS inputs plus a 3.5mm jack — so the wireless mic receiver takes one channel, the karaoke tablet station feeds another, and there is nothing left to configure.
Who it’s for
Villa groups and charter guests who want singing by the pool without a rack of gear — roughly twenty to sixty people, speeches included. Pair it with the dual wireless mic set and you have the core of our Plug & Sing setup.
When to pick something else
- A bigger crowd or a proper dance floor — the JBL EON ONE MK2 is the louder column with a five-channel mixer built in.
- A yacht deck at anchor, wind and all — the Soundboks is IP65-rated and far louder.
In the rental
Speaker, power supply, carry bag and audio cables. One person carries it in one hand; setup is quicker than choosing the first song.
