Two UHF wireless handhelds and one receiver — the mic set in almost every karaoke night we send out. One lead from the receiver into any speaker or mixer and both singers are live, free to roam around thirty metres from the receiver with no cable to trip over mid-duet.
Power is plain AA batteries — around eight hours per pair, with fresh spares in the case. The receiver has both XLR and jack outputs, so it plugs into anything from a Bose S1 Pro+ to a full column PA.
Who it’s for
Duets, hosts and families — any night where two mics is enough, which is most nights. It is the pair inside Plug & Sing and Party Karaoke.
When to pick something else
- Group anthems and sing-offs — the quad wireless set puts four mics in the room.
- A wedding or corporate stage with a real audience — step up to the Shure BLX288 / SM58.
- Battery-free insurance — the wired SM58 pair can never die mid-song.
In the rental
